The digital catalogue of contemporary art is now available to view online or on your iPad.
The June sale will present works from two prestigious international collections: the Collection of Comtesse Viviane de Witt – including, among others, an important 1982 painting by Jean-Michel Basquiat, several sculptures by Alexander Calder and other outstanding works by Willem de Kooning and Jean Dubuffet – and the Collection Alex & Elisabeth Lewyt, represented here by two large and spectacular canvases by Nicolas de Staël.
Among the highlights of the sale are exemplary paintings by Warhol, Zao Wou-Ki, Hantaï and two highly important pictures by Dubuffet. More recent periods of contemporary art are surveyed by stunning sculptures by Vasconcelos and Othoniel. |
