Sotheby's is proud to announce our Paris Contemporary Art auction on 3 and 4 June 2014.
Among the masterpieces on offer is an exceptional painting by Nicolas de Staël from the former collection of Denys Sutton. On the centenary of his birth, the artwork pays tribute to the talent of this major artist. Other pivotal pieces from the 20th century are Germaine Richier's Don Quichotte bronze sculpture, a beautiful painting by Kazuo Shiraga and a Zao Wou-Ki artwork from the former collection of Jacques Lacan.
